2 Year Limited Warranty

TerraTrek warrants TerraTrek® carts (“Product”) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for two (2) years from the original date of purchase by the original retail purchaser.

This Limited Warranty applies only to Products purchased new from TerraTrek or an authorized TerraTrek seller and used in accordance with the Product instructions.

What TerraTrek will do:

If a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs during the warranty period, TerraTrek will, at its option:

  • Provide replacement parts, or

  • Repair the Product, or

  • Replace the Product with the same or comparable model, or

  • Refund the original purchase price paid (proof of purchase required)

Maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price paid for the Product.

What this warranty does not cover:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage from use, weather, or UV exposure

  • Tires, tubes, grips, bushings, and other wear items unless defective at time of purchase

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper assembly, or improper maintenance

  • Damage from exceeding the stated weight capacity, improper towing speeds, or improper hitch/tow setup

  • Rust or corrosion caused by improper storage or exposure to chemicals or salt

  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or use of non-TerraTrek parts or accessories

  • Commercial rental or fleet use

  • Incidental or consequential damages (to the extent permitted by law)

How to file a warranty claim:

To submit a warranty claim, please contact TerraTrek Support with the following:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • Product model and serial number (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos and/or video clearly showing the problem and the full cart

TerraTrek may request additional information to properly evaluate the claim.

Shipping & Service:

If your claim is approved, TerraTrek will ship replacement parts or a replacement product. Customer may be responsible for return shipping of the original product if requested. TerraTrek will cover shipping of approved replacement parts.
